Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFO

Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday. We do offer Saturday delivery where available and at an additional charge. Most of the products are  shipped from our warehouse located at 1331 Green Forest Court, suite 10, Winter Garden, FL, 34787.

All orders placed prior to 5 PM will ship next business day. Orders shipped via UPS and United States Postal Service! The Shopping Cart automatically calculates your shipping cost. We ship most packages via UPS ground. United Parcel Service (UPS) does not deliver to post office boxes.  We only charge you for the actual cost charged to us to ship your product, no additional handling or restocking fees are added.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING AVAILABLE. Please contact us to get a quote. These shipping charges do not include duties or taxes that are applied to international deliveries by each country and will be collected from the recipient at the time of delivery.

Delivery times may vary as orders maybe ship from more than one location and certain items could take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Item delivery times quoted are to metropolitan areas and shipments to remote locations may also take longer. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

If the product has been damaged in shipping, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 (pick ups). After UPS picks up the damaged product, please let us know via email, info@kudastore.com, and we will send you out a new product. Defective/ wrong product shipped – Here at KudaStore.com, we inspect every piece prior to shipping. Unfortunately, even the best quality audit programs let a piece slip occasionally. If you received the wrong product or a defective product you must notify us via email: info@kudastore.com within 3 days. Please include 1) the product shipped and 2) description of the problem. We will ship out the correct product at no additional cost and issue a call tag with UPS to pick up the wrong or defective item

RETURN POLICY

Here at KUDASTORE.COM we understand how important return options are to the consumer.  Our return policy is very simple. If you are not satisfied with the workmanship or fit of your saddle you may return it for a full refund, or exchange less shipping and handling within 10 days. 

For a full refund of purchase price, we expect the saddle to be in excellent condition, we also understand that to properly try or test ride the saddle you have to go out and ride it. As long as the saddle shows no signs of misuse or abuse there will be no penalty or a restocking FEE, and of course No questions.

Any scratches, marks, or discolorations will be charged for accordingly. The saddle must be mailed prepaid, insured and traceable.

Items not returned within 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. On exchanges an additional shipping fee will be incurred. If that is the case and the item is damaged please contact us promptly and we will arrange for you to get a new item. Items that individuals seek to return should still have the appropriate tags and be in new condition, meaning that items should not have marks from horse wear or dirt, if the product being returned does not meet these conditions we will be unable to process the return. Certain items will not be accepted for return such as sprays, bits, books, CD's, DVD's and vaccines are not returnable. Items that have been previously replaced because they were defective, damaged or incorrect are not returnable

A full refund, minus shipping, will follow after return of the saddle in resalable condition. It is really very simple, when your return a saddle, return it in the condition you would like to receive a saddle if you were making a purchase!

WARRANTY

KUDA SADDLERY & TACK warrants to the original purchaser of a saddle. For 5-years (as long as the original purchaser owns it), we will cheerfully repair or replace a broken tree. This, of course, provides that the saddle has not been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident. Shipping charges to be paid by the purchaser.

Each saddle tree comes with a 5-year limited warranty to be free of original defects, in material and workmanship in normal use from the date of purchase. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the saddle tree and KUDA SADDLERY & TACK shall not be responsible for any consequential damage or loss occasioned by the use of its products. This warranty is void if the saddle is used in a commercial or rental application. Please contact KUDA TACK & SADDLERY prior to any return or warranty service.

KUDA SADDLERY & TACK warrants its Leather-Flex Tree saddles and tack, to the original purchaser only, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Determination as to whether a product is defective, or is not defective, is determined solely, by KUDA SADDLERY & TACK. Shipping to return a product to KUDA SADDLERY & TACK, for defective determination, is borne by the purchaser. Freight to return the product to the purchaser is borne by KUDA SADDLERY & TACK, in the continental USA only. The company will repair or replace, at it’s sole discretion, any product found by the company to be defective, for use as intended, after return to, and examination by, KUDA SADDLERY & TACK. This LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY does not cover incidental damages or consequential damages caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect caused by any person(s) or thing(s), purchaser’s sole remedy being repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of KUDA SADDLERY & TACK. Functional alteration of any kind, by the purchaser, dealer, or other person(s), to the product specifically voids this warranty.

These warranties become null and void if you make any modifications to the saddle.
 
We at KUDA SADDLERY & TACK would also like to remind you that there are inherent dangers in the sport of riding horses. Under no circumstances will KUDA SADDLERY & TACK be liable for any consequential loss, cost, damage or injury arising from the use of any saddle or tack sold. In using the products, you understand and agree to assume all risks and hazards, including the possibility of injury to your horse, yourself and others, that are inherent in this activity.
