Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Please review the following policies carefully before placing your order. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our business.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
- Items must not show signs of wear, dirt, scratches, or horse use
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Returns may be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee if conditions are not met
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
To qualify for a full refund, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom saddles or special orders
- Modified or altered products
- Sprays, bits, vitamins, and supplements
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 20–30 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Items that are damaged, used, or returned outside of policy guidelines will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
- Items must meet the same conditions as returns
- Shipping fees may apply
- Exchanges are processed after inspection of the returned item
Shipping
- Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability
- Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues immediately
Custom Orders
Custom saddles and personalized products are made specifically for each customer and are non-returnable.
Custom orders may be canceled within 14 days for a full refund. After this period, a cancellation fee of up to 50% may apply.
Production timelines may vary depending on the specifications of the order.
Saddle Fit Disclaimer
We provide saddle fit guidance and recommendations based on the information provided by the customer. However, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every horse and rider combination.
We strongly recommend contacting our team before purchasing if you have any doubts about sizing, fit, or product selection.
