Returns Policy, Warranty & Shipping


Here at KUDASTORE.COM, we understand how important return options are to the consumer. Our return policy is very simple. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).


Special orders and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee.


If you are not satisfied with the workmanship or fit of your saddle you may return it for a full refund, or exchange less shipping and handling within 10 days.


Please inspect your products upon arrival. Any damage to products also due to shipping must be immediately reported.


Any scratches, marks, or discolorations will be charged for accordingly. The saddle must be mailed prepaid, insured and traceable.


You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Items not returned within 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. On exchanges, an additional shipping fee will be incurred. If that is the case and the item is damaged please contact us promptly and we will arrange for you to get a new item. Items that individual seek to return should still have the appropriate tags and be in new condition, meaning that items should not have marks from horse wear or dirt, if the product being returned does not meet these conditions, we will be unable to process the return.


Certain items will not be accepted for return such as sprays, bits, books, vitamins, and supplements. Items that have been previously replaced because they were defective, damaged or incorrect are not returnable.


Products damaged due to actions by the animal, such as biting or chewing, ARE NOT covered by our warranty


A full refund, minus shipping and handling will follow after the return of the tack in resalable condition. It is really very simple, when your return a saddle, return it in the condition you would like to receive a saddle if you were making a purchase!


Replacements will be forwarded strictly after the products have been returned and have been inspected by us. If the replacement item is not in stock, it will be ordered in from our supplier. Wait times may apply. Please return the items via registered, trackable and insured post only.


WARRANTY


Tack and Accessories Warranty


The company will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any product found by the company to be defective, for use as intended, after return to, and examination by Kudastore. The warranty is available to the original purchaser only, on any of our tack with found defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover misused, carelessly handled products, accidents or products used for unintended purposes.


The determination as to whether a product is defective, or is not defective, is determined solely by Kudastore.


Kudastore will promptly repair or replace, at its option, any of our tack with found defects. If the product is not defective but is damage, Kudastore offers prompt repair at a reasonable cost to the purchaser.


Items must be clean and dry prior shipping. If at all possible, a copy of your receipt/invoice should also be included in the package.


Shipping to return a product to Kudastore, for defective determination, is borne by the purchaser. Kudastore will only cover return shipping cost for items that are deemed defective by the manufacturer and are under warranty, in the USA continental only.


Saddles Warranty


Kudastore warrants the saddles to the original purchaser of a saddle.


If the saddle you ordered has customizations that deem the saddle to be a custom order, then no return is possible, except for warranty issues.


For a full refund of purchase price, we expect the saddle to be in like-new condition. Although we understand that to properly try or test ride the saddle you have to go out and ride it, saddles with evidence of wear will not be accepted.


Each saddle comes with a 5-year tree limited warranty to be free of original defects, and one-year parts, material, and workmanship in normal use from the date of purchase. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the saddle tree and Kudastore shall not be responsible for any consequential damage or loss occasioned by the use of its products. This, of course, provides that the saddle has not been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident. This warranty is void if the saddle is used in a commercial or rental application. Please contact Kudastore prior to any return or warranty service.


Cosmetic and appearance changes to the natural leather products are a fact of nature and are not covered under this warranty.

This LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY does not cover incidental damages or consequential damages caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect caused by any person(s) or thing(s), purchaser’s sole remedy being repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of Kudastore.


Functional alteration of any kind, by the purchaser, dealer, or another person (s), to the product specifically voids this warranty. These warranties become null and void if you make any modifications to the saddle.

Used Saddles


Our used saddles are sold AS IS. There is no guarantee on our used saddles. We do our best to check the trees and disclose any damage or necessary repairs that we see on the saddles.


We at KUDASTORE would also like to remind you that there are inherent dangers in the sport of riding horses. Under no circumstances will KUDASTORE be liable for any consequential loss, cost, damage or injury arising from the use of any saddle or tack sold. In using the products, you understand and agree to assume all risks and hazards, including the possibility of injury to your horse, yourself and others, that are inherent in this activity. Please be safe.


SHIPPING


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.


We’ll calculate the shipping cost for you based on box size, product weight, and shipping method.
